What people ask us.

My freelance agents work for several agencies. How does that work?
One ROSTER account = one identity. Your agent joins each agency by invitation, with a role per agency. Data is strictly separated: agency A never sees anything from agency B.
Do artists pay for a seat?
No. The artist portal is free and unlimited on all plans: your artists check their dates, fees and itineraries without using a seat.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union, with per-agency isolation enforced down to the database level (Row-Level Security), encrypted backups and an audit log.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate (prorated automatically), downgrades apply at the end of the current period. Payments are handled by Stripe.
How do social credits work?
1 credit = 1 network tracked for 1 month. With 10 credits you can, for example, track Instagram and Spotify for 5 artists. Credits renew monthly and extra packs are available.
What about French e-invoicing 2027?
ROSTER is building the Factur-X module through a certified platform for the 2027 French deadline — available as an add-on on higher plans.
